4. Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made garments, all custom sales are final.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications. SuitCasa is not liable for fit or production discrepancies resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Alterations may be offered at our discretion to achieve proper fit.
5. Returns and Refunds
Custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective or materially different from the agreed specifications.
If eligible, you must contact suit@thesuitcasa.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
